The short answer is no.
I create bespoke Meal Plans based on each individual client's goals and nutritional requirements. However, I do appreciate that it may not always be logistically possible to stick to a meal plan, as life can often get in the way of our best intentions.
MyFitnessPal is a free app that allows users to track their meals. If you are finding following a Meal Plan too challenging, MyFitnessPal allows a little bit more flexibility, allowing users to track individual meals, ingredients and recipes. It also syncs with my app, so we can track your progress together.
MyFitnessPal does complement the Meal Plan, but, as your Meal Plan will be created with your goals in mind, there is no need to track these recipes and ingredients in the MyFitnessPal app.
