Some meal plans may show 2 'lunches' and no dinner when they are added to your account. This is due to a known issue with my meal planning tool and it's interaction with the Intermittent Fasting goals.
As an advocate of intermittent fasting, I will usually advise that my clients utilise it to help achieve their health goals. Intermittent fasting works by condensing all daily calorie consumption into either 8 or 12 hours and can help accelerate fat loss and muscle growth.
Consequently, terms such as 'breakfast', 'lunch' and 'dinner' somewhat lose their meaning, as meals can be eaten at any time within the 8 or 12-hour window.
Rest assured, this is not a mistake, just a nuance of the system and intermittent fasting protocols. All Meal Plans are bespoke to your health goals and macronutrient requirements, regardless of when you eat each meal. If your Meal Plan does contain 2 lunches, I'd advise eating the meals spaced broadly 4-5 hours apart.
