I think that having a routine is really important, particularly at the moment. It's one of the things that can help us maintain a sense of control at the moment where external circumstances are really tough to deal with.
Generally, my advice is to get the training done at the earliest possible opportunity in the morning - the earlier you can get things done the less chance there is of anything else getting in the way and interrupting your ability to get the workout in. If you are practicing intermittent fasting,
