You should expect to see your initial training and meal plan 24 hours before it is due to begin.
My plans are arranged in 4-week blocks. This allows clients to keep momentum with a plan but also allows us to adapt and customise the plan as we progress, depending on your progress and feedback. Training Plans are designed to help you achieve your goals and I offer weekly check-ins to ensure that the programme is working for you.
Every 4 weeks, we will revisit the Training Plan together to ensure that you are getting the most out of the programme and that you are seeing the results that you want.
If you still can't see your training plan in the app on the day that it is due to start, drop me a message in the app and I'll investigate further.
