Depending on the plan and your goals, you would likely start seeing results after 2-3 weeks. At this point, you should be starting to feel a difference in terms of energy. Aesthetically, that progress can come a little later.
The first two weeks of the plan start out with frequent high-volume workouts to begin conditioning you for the more challenging weeks ahead. During this time, you may see your weight plateau or even increase slightly. This is nothing to be concerned about as this will be your body recompositioning – burning fat whilst also developing muscle.
Of course, no two bodies are the same and there are countless factors that could affect progress. The crucial thing to consider is that my coaching is about establishing long-term, sustainable habits, rather than short term physical results.
