Your training plan will be delivered via the Scott Laidler Fitness app. You'll be sent full details on how to download this upon signing up, but you can also access the app via the links below:

When you log in, you will see your dashboard. This will show you a list of workouts or habits to complete today, as well as highlighting your stats in the 'My Progress' section. Tapping on the picture of me in the bottom right corner of the screen will open up a Chat window. I will respond to all messages within 24 hours, but often a lot sooner. By tapping the blue '+' button, you will be able to add additional details, including additional workouts and activity, progress photos and body stats. |
Tapping on the Calendar icon at the bottom of the screen will take you to your calendar view. This will show you your full workout schedule, as well as all of your historical workouts. You can also see your scheduled habits. I'll schedule daily habits, including Intermittent Fasting, Daily Steady State Cardio and mobility exercises, which will complement your workout program. Habits and Workouts can be 'ticked off' once complete. You can do this by tapping the circle next to the habit/workout. |

By tapping the Kettlebell icon at the bottom of the screen, you will be able to access your full library of workouts. I'll schedule your workouts, based on the goals and availability specified in your Consultation Form, but you can also access the 'On-Demand Workouts' via this section of the app. |

This is a comprehensive introduction to the principles of nutrition that you will encounter in the program, as well as offering some tips to help you make the most of your Meal Plan. Tapping the three dots in the bottom right corner of the screen will access your settings. Here you will be able to see a summary of your activity, along with Badges, which can be received for workout streaks, maintaining habits and beating your own personal records. |

You can also use this section to update your own personal details. Tap into 'My Profile' to update your age, height and gender, all of which will help me to calculate the required daily calorie intake for your Meal Plan. Under the 'Connect' heading, you are able to connect the app to third-party health and fitness services. The app can sync data from your Apple Watch, Fitbit and the MyFitnessPal app, so that all of your health and nutritional information is all in one place.
