Your Meal Plan is hosted online at the following address:

The first time that you access the site, you may need to create a password. You can do this by selecting ‘Forgot Your Password’ and entering your registered email address.
Once signed in, click ‘Program’ to view all available Meal Plans, then select the relevant month to see your plan.
By clicking on each meal, you will be able to see the ingredients, cooking instructions and the macronutrient and caloric content.
Meal Plans can also be downloaded as comprehensive PDFs, including your macronutrient profile, meal plan, recipes and shopping list.
You also have the ability to swap meals for alternatives of a similar nutritional value. Click ‘Find Alternative’ on any meal that you’d like to swap and you will be offered a list of meals with a similar calorie and macronutrient content. You can then choose whether to swap the meal once, for the entire week or for the entire duration of the Meal Plan.
Please Note: Meal Swaps do not immediately reflect on your PDF download. If you would like to update your Meal Plan PDF, please message me via the in-app Chat.
