MyFitnessPal is a free app that allows users to log their meals and track their nutrition to help visualise their nutrition, calorie and macronutrient goals. The MyFitnessPal app integrates with my app and provides a great alternative for those that don't want to rigidly stick to a meal plan.
Simply log the food you consume each day to see a breakdown of your daily calories and macros (carbs, fats and protein). This is a great way to stay on top of your nutrition goals and will help me support you in achieving those goals.

Should I use MyFitnessPal?
I have worked with some clients that, for one reason or another, find that the rigidity of a meal plan simply doesn't work for them. Using MyFitnessPal, you can deviate from my meal plan and, by tracking your own meals, you use the app to calculate your caloric intake.
Using MyFitnessPal alongside a Meal Plan
My Meal Plans are calibrated so that you can hit your nutritional goals through the recipes provided. For this reason, there is no need to enter all Meal Plan meals into MyFitnessPal! MyFitnessPal is a useful tool for deviating from the Meal Plan, but there is no need to double up.
